At Packware, our customers’ satisfaction is our number one priority. We appreciate that fast paced businesses can require expedited service on their orders, which we endeavor to provide on a day to day basis. However, this guarantee can differentiate in certain circumstances, as will be defined below.
Free Delivery (excludes Bulky Items and PO Boxes):
Free shipping applies to orders over $149 within Melbourne metro areas only. Additional shipping fees may apply to rural and remote areas, including the Northern Territory.

We supply and ship all products Australia-wide.
All orders are dispatched as soon as possible. We use a range of couriers depending on the delivery location and order requirements. As a general guide, deliveries to major cities and towns typically arrive within 1–3 business days (for orders placed before 3pm), while remote areas may take up to 7 business days.
Delivery timeframes are indicative only. Packware does not accept liability for delays or any inconvenience caused by late deliveries.

We supply and ship all our products Australia wide.
Delivery Time Frame and Tracking:
We endeavor to process and dispatch most orders within 24 hours of payment confirmation, ensuring prompt delivery. Typically, you can expect your items to arrive within 5-7 business days. While we strive to maintain this timeline, please note that shipping may take a little longer in some instances.
In the case of back-ordered items, if immediate dispatch is not possible, we will promptly inform you of the estimated delivery timeframe via email or phone call. Our goal is to keep you informed at every step.
Click & Collect:
For added convenience, we offer a Click & Collect option at our Moorabbin Warehouse. We kindly ask that you await our confirmation of the collection time before proceeding to pick up your order. This ensures that we can provide you with accurate information and have everything ready for your smooth pickup experience.
Express Service:
Call us on 03 9949 8929 if you need urgent delivery. Additional costs may occur.
Receiving the Delivery:
The best delivery addresses are where someone is available between 7am and 6pm on weekdays, or a business address open during normal business hours.
If delivery cannot be completed, Australia Post and other couriers may leave a card to arrange redelivery or collection, however this cannot be guaranteed. If delivery fails, you may be responsible for any additional delivery fees incurred, even if the item is not received. Please ensure someone is available where possible.
Authority to Leave Goods Consent:
By proceeding with your order, you agree to give Packware the authority to pass this instruction on to its courier of choice to leave your parcel unattended at the nominated delivery address, unless you have contacted us prior to dispatch to remove this authority.
By providing this consent, you acknowledge and agree that once the courier has left the goods at the delivery address, the order is deemed to have been received in full.
Packware and its couriers do not accept responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage resulting from parcels left under Authority to Leave.
Melbourne Metro Region:
Our next-day service applies to the Melbourne Metro Region. Orders outside of Melbourne Metro will usually be delivered within the next 2 days, provided they are in stock. We frequently send orders throughout Australia and endeavor to provide competitive freight charges.
Stocked Items:
We can only guarantee next-day delivery on regularly stocked items. As we have 5000 items on our website, there are many that may require a day or two to come in. However, we do hold many common items on hand so that we can supply them to you as soon as possible. If your preferred item is not in stock, you will be contacted to substitute it for another similar product or brand for immediate delivery.
