At Packware, our customers’ satisfaction is our number one priority. We appreciate that fast paced businesses can require expedited service on their orders, which we endeavor to provide on a day to day basis. However, this guarantee can differentiate in certain circumstances, as will be defined below.

 

Free Delivery (excludes Bulky Items and PO Boxes):

Free shipping is available for orders over $99 to Melbourne Metro areas only. A shipping fee may apply to rural and remote areas, including the Northern Territory. This offer is applicable exclusively to non-bulky items. For large and bulky items, there may be an associated delivery fee, which will be communicated transparently. If you opt not to proceed with any additional shipping costs, we will process a full refund.

Please contact us at 03-9949 8929 to confirm if there will be an extra shipping fee for remote areas or heavy/bulky items.

Delivery Australia Wide:

We supply and ship all our products Australia wide.

Delivery Time Frame and Tracking:

We endeavor to process and dispatch most orders within 24 hours of payment confirmation, ensuring prompt delivery. Typically, you can expect your items to arrive within 5-7 business days. While we strive to maintain this timeline, please note that shipping may take a little longer in some instances.

In the case of back-ordered items, if immediate dispatch is not possible, we will promptly inform you of the estimated delivery timeframe via email or phone call. Our goal is to keep you informed at every step.

Click & Collect:

For added convenience, we offer a Click & Collect option at our Moorabbin Warehouse. We kindly ask that you await our confirmation of the collection time before proceeding to pick up your order. This ensures that we can provide you with accurate information and have everything ready for your smooth pickup experience.

Express Service:

Call us on 03 9949 8929 if you need urgent delivery. Additional costs may occur.

Receiving the Delivery:

Deliveries will require a signature to verify the delivery. The best addresses are where someone is home between 7 am and 6 pm weekdays, or a business address that is open during normal business hours. If delivery cannot be made, Australia Post and couriers will usually leave a note to schedule another appointment or for you to pick up the item. However, this cannot be taken for granted. If delivery cannot be made, you will be responsible for any delivery fees incurred, even if you do not receive the item. Therefore, ensure that someone is available to sign for the delivery.

Authority to Leave Goods Consent:

You may provide consent for us to leave goods unattended and without a signature at the nominated delivery address. By providing this consent, you acknowledge and agree that once the courier has left the goods at the delivery address, the complete order has been received. Please note that Packware couriers do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage resulting from the A.T.L. delivery method.

Melbourne Metro Region:

Our next-day service applies to the Melbourne Metro Region. Orders outside of Melbourne Metro will usually be delivered within the next 2 days, provided they are in stock. We frequently send orders throughout Australia and endeavor to provide competitive freight charges.

Stocked Items:

We can only guarantee next-day delivery on regularly stocked items. As we have 5000 items on our website, there are many that may require a day or two to come in. However, we do hold many common items on hand so that we can supply them to you as soon as possible. If your preferred item is not in stock, you will be contacted to substitute it for another similar product or brand for immediate delivery.
